Wen Qian vs Xing-fu Kwon

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Sichuan promoted show at Xin Choo Gym, Zigong,  taking place on 16/05/2026:

Clearly AI China-Sichuan have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Sichuan Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Wen Qian (2 - 8 - 2) who hails from Chengdu, China and Xing-fu Kwon(4 - 3 - 1) from Chengdu, China.  Qian weighed in at 126 pounds, while Kwon weighed in at 125 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Bing Yu, and the three ringside judges are HuiK'o May, HuiK'o Soon and Genjo Owyang.
