Shing Ngai vs An Hoo

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Tianjin promoted show at Tianjin Keong, Tianjin,  taking place on 16/05/2026:

Clearly AI China-Tianjin have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Tianjin Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Shing Ngai (2 - 0) who hails from Tianjin, China and An Hoo(7 - 6 - 4) from Tianjin, China.  Ngai weighed in at 147 pounds, while Hoo weighed in at 146 pounds and 7 ounces.  
The referee tonight is HuiK'o Chiou, and the three ringside judges are Ho Tzar, Jun Foong and HuiK'o Chiou.
