Rudi Laas vs Afanas Starkovich

Boxing Daily Report from the Jacob Howes promoted show at Baden-Arena, Freiburg,  taking place on 20/06/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Rudi Laas (7(2) - 0) who hails from Chemnitz, Germany and Afanas Starkovich(10 - 9(1) - 3) from Brest, Belarus.  Both Laas and Starkovich weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Janez Kring, and the three ringside judges are Kurt Kuk, Arick Strebe and Wilmot Pieters.
