Malvolio Aceves vs Oro Ruis

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cuba-Santiago de Cuba promoted show at Santiago de Cuba Alba, Santiago de Cuba,  taking place on 15/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cuba Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Malvolio Aceves (11 - 10(1) - 1) who hails from Santiago de Cuba, Cuba and Oro Ruis(11 - 5 - 2) from Havana, Cuba.  Aceves weighed in at 199 pounds and 8 ounces, while Ruis weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Vicente Yanez, and the three ringside judges are Oro Balan, Oro Balan and Juan Sahagun.
