Eoin Ormonde vs Duncan McDonald

Boxing Daily Report from the Kalungi Promotions promoted show at Drogheda Lane, Drogheda,  taking place on 15/06/2026:

Clearly Kalungi Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Celtic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Eoin Ormonde (7 - 10(2) - 2) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Duncan McDonald(13(2) - 1) from Edinburgh, UK.  Both Ormonde and McDonald weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Corcoran, and the three ringside judges are Joshua MacCarthy, Karl Leary and Mark McClellan.  

Round 1:
