Liko Luk vs Gao Leung

Boxing Daily Report from the AI China-Guangdong promoted show at Dongguan Liem, Dongguan,  taking place on 15/06/2026:

Clearly AI China-Guangdong have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the China-Guangdong Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Liko Luk (8 - 6 - 6) who hails from Guangzhou, China and Gao Leung(8 - 5 - 4) from Shenzhen, China.  Both Luk and Leung weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Liang Ko, and the three ringside judges are Uang Tso, Fo-hai Howe and Hui-chao Jeung.  

Round 1: 

Luk steps away from his opponent and tries to land a cross, but Leung sidesteps and counters with a left uppercut.  
Luk tries to land a jab, but Leung blocks the shot and counters with a left uppercut.  
Leung closes the distance and manages to force Luk into a neutral corner.  Leung lands a right hook followed by a right uppercut to his opponents body.
