Jun Wen vs Keiichi Yamasaki

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Yoyogi National Gymnasium, Tokyo,  taking place on 27/06/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the East Asian Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on TV Tokyo, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jun Wen (18(15) - 2) who hails from Hengyang, China and Keiichi Yamasaki(10 - 5(3)) from Sapporo, Japan.  Wen weighed in at 174 pounds And 15 ounces, while Yamasaki weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Yuji Tsutsumi, and the three ringside judges are Hideki Ishibashi, Ryo Shiroma and Kyo Iwai.  

Round 1: 

Wen drives a spiteful jab into his opponents face.
