Sancho Fontana vs Juan Trejo

Boxing Daily Report from the Ruzgeryan Promotions promoted show at Porfio Majano Gym, Santo Domingo de Guzman,  taking place on 16/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Dominican Republic-Distrito Nacional Minimumweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Sancho Fontana (8(1) - 0) who hails from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic and Juan Trejo(12 - 7 - 2) from Santo Domingo de Guzman, Dominican Republic.  Fontana weighed in at 104 pounds and 1 ounces, while Trejo weighed in at 105 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Noe Justiniano, and the three ringside judges are Orlando Salcedo, Joaquin Sahagun and Diego Ribas.
