Baltasar Ponciano vs Larenzo Valdez

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Honduras-Cortes promoted show at Marjun Noguera Gym, San Pedro Sula,  taking place on 20/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Honduras-Cortes Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Baltasar Ponciano (6 - 11 - 3) who hails from San Pedro Sula, Honduras and Larenzo Valdez(6 - 3 - 1) from San Pedro Sula, Honduras.  Both Ponciano and Valdez weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Angel Olivero, and the three ringside judges are Ora Zaragosa, Rogelio Islas and Santiago Sanchez.  

Round 1: 

Valdez is looking to keep his distance and lands a jab followed by a overhand left to his opponents head.
