Klaas Melis vs Nino Van Erden

Boxing Daily Report from the Eogalis Bleel promoted show at Amsterdam Obery, Amsterdam,  taking place on 03/07/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Netherlands-Utrecht Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Klaas Melis (15 - 0 - 1) who hails from Utrecht, Netherlands and Nino Van Erden(19(1) - 2) from Utrecht, Netherlands.  Melis weighed in at 146 pounds and 13 ounces, while Van Erden weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Gustaaf Siebos, and the three ringside judges are Christophe Weymaere, Goeye Palynex and Gillam Agast.
