Karan Gaud vs Ian Vaughn

Boxing Daily Report from the Bones Promotions promoted show at Moreno Valley Clogston, Moreno Valley,  taking place on 01/07/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Karan Gaud (10(3) - 1) who hails from Chennai, India and Ian Vaughn(3 - 2 - 1) from San Bernardino, USA.  Gaud weighed in at 112 pounds, while Vaughn weighed in at 111 pounds And 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Salmond, and the three ringside judges are Ian Blevens, Darryl Bruce and Joey Catherwood.  

Round 1: 

Gaud lands a left hook.  Gaud holds on to his opponent.  Gaud pushes his forearm into Vaughn's face.  The ref calls break and the two fighters separate.  
Gaud steps inside and hits home with a stinging right hook.  Gaud holds on to his opponent.  As they grapple, Gaud pushes his forearm into Vaughn's face.  The ref breaks Gaud's hold and signals for the fight to continue.  
Gaud drives a right uppercut into Vaughn's body.  
Gaud gets on the inside.  Vaughn pivots to the side of his opponent.  Vaughn throws a right hook, but Gaud clinches his opponent.  As they grapple, Gaud pushes his forearm into Vaughn's face.  The ref separates the two fighters.  
Gaud closes the distance and is on target with a right uppercut.  
Gaud lands a jab followed by a right uppercut to his opponents head.  
Gaud steps inside.  Gaud pivots to the right of his opponent.  Vaughn throws a right hook, but Gaud clinches his opponent.  Gaud leans on his opponent trying to wear him down. Gaud pushes his forearm into Vaughn's face.  The referee separates the two fighters and warns Gaud.  
Gaud lands a left uppercut to the head, a left uppercut to the body and a left hook to the body.  
Gaud drives a left hook into his opponents body.  
Gaud lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Gaud lands a left uppercut followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  
Gaud gets on the inside.  Vaughn sidesteps to the left of his opponent and is on target with a left hook.

Gaud is looking to close the distance and digs in a left uppercut to Vaughn's body.  Gaud attempts to land a right uppercut, but Vaughn sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.  
Vaughn tries to step out of his opponents range.  Gaud lands two consecutive straights to his opponents head.  
Gaud gets on the inside and cuts off the ring, trapping Vaughn on the ropes.  Gaud digs in a right hook to Vaughn's body.  
Gaud lands two right hooks to the body, and one to the head.  
Gaud lands a left hook followed by a right hook to his opponents head.  Gaud holds on to his opponent.  Gaud uses his free hand to throw a hook, but it hits Vaughn behind the head.

Gaud advances into close range.  Gaud sidesteps to the right of his opponent.  Gaud digs in a right hook to Vaughn's body.  Gaud ties up his opponent.  Vaughn tries to make the space to throw a hook, but hits Gaud behind the head. 
Gaud connects with a spiteful left uppercut.  VAUGHN HAS BEEN KNOCKED DOWN!  He beats the count, getting up at 5.  
Gaud lands two right hook's to the head followed by a right uppercut to the body.
