Josh Owusu vs Jordan Asante

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ghana-Greater Accra promoted show at Seconds Out Boxing Gym, Accra,  taking place on 19/06/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Ghana-Greater Accra Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Josh Owusu (15 - 3) who hails from Accra, Ghana and Jordan Asante(7 - 6 - 3) from Accra, Ghana.  Both Owusu and Asante weighed in at 135 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Roshaun Adu, and the three ringside judges are Atif Hussain, Brad Boakye and Sammy Bamfokwakye.  

Round 1: 

Owusu throws a jab, but his opponent sidesteps and counters with a right uppercut.
