Mikio Arita vs Yutaka Mita

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Shinji Sugimoto Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 24/05/2026:

Clearly AI Japan-Aichi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mikio Arita (5 - 5 - 1) who hails from Ichinomiya, Japan and Yutaka Mita(5 - 13 - 2) from Nagoya, Japan.  Both Arita and Mita weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Raiden Sando, and the three ringside judges are Hajime Miki, Satoshi Iwai and Keiichi Kobayashi.

Mita advances into close range.  Arita pivots to the left of his opponent and lands a right hook to the body, and then to the head.
