Louis Obanda vs Ulan Menza

Boxing Daily Report from the Konga Promotions promoted show at Lavaughn Kimutai Gym, Nairobi,  taking place on 23/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on KTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Louis Obanda (14 - 6 - 1) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Ulan Menza(8 - 1 - 1) from Kikuyu, Kenya.  Obanda weighed in at 140 pounds, while Menza weighed in at 139 pounds and 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Manu Yator, and the three ringside judges are Luister Mutahi, Lisimba Kimeli and Kashif Haque.
