David Osagie vs Lukman Rotimi

Boxing Daily Report from the Kasanbata Promotions promoted show at Zaria Nasser, Zaria,  taking place on 27/05/2026:

Clearly Kasanbata Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Kaduna State Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are David Osagie (5 - 10 - 7) who hails from Kaduna, Nigeria and Lukman Rotimi(10 - 2 - 1) from Kaduna, Nigeria.  Osagie weighed in at 231 pounds and 8 ounces, while Rotimi weighed in at 221 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Saad Baksh, and the three ringside judges are Umair Farooq, Ifeanyi Chukwudi and Bature Moshood.  

Round 1:
