Kong Tung vs Fo-hsing Lam

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Jinan Olympic Sports Center Tennis Hall, Jinan,  taking place on 04/07/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the China Cruiserweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Starsports, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kong Tung (16(6) - 0) who hails from Hangzhou, China and Fo-hsing Lam(18(9) - 1 - 1) from Taiyuan, China.  Both Tung and Lam weighed in at 200 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Hsin Ju, and the three ringside judges are Quon Mai, Manchu Moo and Fo-hai Jing.  

Round 1: 

Tung pivots to the right of his opponent and lands a solid cross.  
Tung steps to the outside and attempts to land a cross, but Lam sidesteps and counters with a stinging right uppercut to his opponents body.  
Tung attempts to land an overhand right, but Lam slips the shot and counters with a right uppercut.
