Evgeni á Zhivkov vs Thierry Queneau

Boxing Daily Report from the Hennessy Boxing promoted show at Rhenus Sport, Strasbourg,  taking place on 11/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the EU Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal + Sport, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Evgeni á Zhivkov (27(23) - 0) who hails from Varna, Bulgaria and Thierry Queneau(14 - 2(1)) from Brest, France.  Both Zhivkov and Queneau weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Montgomery Guichard, and the three ringside judges are Waltier Lux, Royal Noah and Boyce Mimoun.
