Boxing Daily Report from the AI Puerto Rico-Carolina promoted show at Carolina Claro, Carolina,  taking place on 28/06/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Puerto Rico Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Puerto Rico Sports Network, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Diego Ledesma (13(2) - 5(4) - 1) who hails from Ponce, Puerto Rico and Angel Velasquez(16 - 2 - 1) from Carolina, Puerto Rico.  Ledesma weighed in at 112 pounds, while Velasquez weighed in at 111 pounds and 6 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Diego Villasenor, and the three ringside judges are Lorenzo Ballesteros, Juan Licea and Jose Canto.
