Marcus Forsyth vs Vilhelm Pontinen

Boxing Daily Report from the Big Bang Promotions promoted show at Kupittaan j��halli, Turku,  taking place on 01/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Yle TV2, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Marcus Forsyth (9(4) - 0) who hails from Glasgow, UK and Vilhelm Pontinen(13 - 2) from Tampere, Finland.  Both Forsyth and Pontinen weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tapani Jokelainen, and the three ringside judges are Heikki Laitinen, Gideon Laitinen and Panu Peltola.
