Michael Dagg vs Spencer Strachan

Boxing Daily Report from the Gold Coast Promotions promoted show at Gold Gym, Brisbane,  taking place on 04/07/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Michael Dagg (8(1) - 0) who hails from Christchurch, New Zealand and Spencer Strachan(9 - 1 - 1) from Adelaide, Australia.  Both Dagg and Strachan weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Brendan Moultrie, and the three ringside judges are Neil McAllaster, Mark Lockie and Dan Nish.  

Round 1:
