Borysko Podgorny vs Apostol Voloshin

Boxing Daily Report from the Moro Promotions promoted show at Volodymyr Slusar Gym, Dniprodzerzhynsk,  taking place on 02/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ukraine-Dnipropetrovsk Oblast Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Borysko Podgorny (16 - 5 - 1) who hails from Dnipropetrovsk, Ukraine and Apostol Voloshin(16 - 3) from Kryvyi Rih, Ukraine.  Podgorny weighed in at 140 pounds, while Voloshin weighed in at 139 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Vanko Turchin, and the three ringside judges are Gennady Kostyk, Aleksei Sokolov and Aleksandr Kostenko.

Voloshin closes the distance.  Podgorny pivots to the side of his opponent.  Voloshin lands a right hook to the head followed by a left hook to the body.
