Alen Hird vs Joshua Kenison

Boxing Daily Report from the AI USA-Alabama promoted show at Kris Jerden Gym, Huntsville,  taking place on 02/07/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the USA-Alabama Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Alen Hird (6 - 4 - 2) who hails from Mobile, USA and Joshua Kenison(7 - 2 - 2) from Birmingham, USA.  Hird weighed in at 147 pounds, while Kenison weighed in at 146 pounds and 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Zachary Stackpole, and the three ringside judges are Mick Urquhart, Daniel Batie and Stephen Glasford.
