Mark Gichuki vs Vince Kipkirui

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Kenya-Nairobi promoted show at Nairobi Iria, Nairobi,  taking place on 05/06/2026:

Clearly AI Kenya-Nairobi have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Kenya-Nairobi Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Mark Gichuki (5 - 0) who hails from Nairobi, Kenya and Vince Kipkirui(5 - 2 - 1) from Nairobi, Kenya.  Both Gichuki and Kipkirui weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Manu Yator, and the three ringside judges are Kyrone Koimbori, Sam Waiyaki and Chris Birir.  

Round 1:
