Malik Hammoud vs Elderson Omoko

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Osun State promoted show at Lukman Adesoji Gym, Osogbo,  taking place on 05/06/2026:

Clearly AI Nigeria-Osun State have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Nigeria-Osun State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Malik Hammoud (12 - 1) who hails from Osogbo, Nigeria and Elderson Omoko(12 - 0) from Ilesa, Nigeria.  Hammoud weighed in at 153 pounds, while Omoko weighed in at 154 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ifeanyi Ezukam, and the three ringside judges are Mudashiru Ebor, Brown Prest and Waleed Srour.
