Dave Macklem vs Delano Laurent

Boxing Daily Report from the Cestrian promotions promoted show at Oriel Park, Dundalk,  taking place on 20/08/2026:

Clearly Cestrian promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Setanta Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Dave Macklem (11 - 5 - 1) who hails from Dublin, Ireland and Delano Laurent(6 - 11 - 3) from Brest, France.  Both Macklem and Laurent weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Lewis Carroll, and the three ringside judges are Michael Dillon, Shamus Quirke and Joshua Dermott.

Laurent gets on the inside.  Macklem connects with a left uppercut.
