Kenji Namba vs Hisao Sakamoto

Boxing Daily Report from the Paintsil Promotions promoted show at Ichikawa Soma, Ichikawa,  taking place on 22/06/2026:

Clearly Paintsil Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 6 round matchup are Kenji Namba (4 - 0) who hails from Nagoya, Japan and Hisao Sakamoto(2 - 4 - 1) from Fukuoka, Japan.  Both Namba and Sakamoto weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Jiro Tobe, and the three ringside judges are Daiki Fujimura, Daiki Matsunaga and Yoshi Nomura.
