Will Paterson vs Waqas Nouri

Boxing Daily Report from the Glove Shack promoted show at World Memorial Hall, Kobe,  taking place on 25/07/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Will Paterson (8(5) - 0 - 1) who hails from Georgetown, Guyana and Waqas Nouri(5 - 13 - 2) from Tehran, Iran.  Paterson weighed in at 111 pounds and 12 ounces, while Nouri weighed in at 112 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shinji Sama, and the three ringside judges are Yuji Muramoto, Iwao Sumida and Iwao Sumida.
