Jay Baston vs Odil Jobert

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Senegal-Dakar promoted show at Dakar Carre, Dakar,  taking place on 24/07/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Senegal-Dakar Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on RTS, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Jay Baston (17(6) - 0) who hails from Dakar, Senegal and Odil Jobert(10(1) - 1(1)) from Dakar, Senegal.  Both Baston and Jobert weighed in at 130 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Landry de la Bretonne, and the three ringside judges are Yves Diedhiou, Josce Vanier and Channing Seigner.
