Ian Rusere vs Michael Muzorewa

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Zimbabwe-Bulawayo promoted show at Bulawayo Mutsekwa, Bulawayo,  taking place on 03/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Zimbabwe-Bulawayo Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Rusere (7 - 1) who hails from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe and Michael Muzorewa(5 - 2 - 2) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Rusere and Muzorewa weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Chris Colville, and the three ringside judges are Paul Dumbutshena, Billy Mpofu and Jacob Chindungwe.
