Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Morris Depot Police Camp, Harare,  taking place on 31/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a final eliminator for the Southern African Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DStv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Zach Mbara (16(2) - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Chitungwiza, Zimbabwe and Bruce Mkwananzi(22(10) - 0) from Bulawayo, Zimbabwe.  Both Mbara and Mkwananzi weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Robert Hunzvi, and the three ringside judges are Makalo Ncube, Mark Mujokoro and Peabo Chikwava.
