Alfonso Esteban vs Vicente Palos

Boxing Daily Report from the RingSlide España promoted show at Lasesarre, Bilbao,  taking place on 14/08/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Spain Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on Canal + Deportes, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Alfonso Esteban (18 - 1) who hails from Barcelona, Spain and Vicente Palos(12 - 4(1) - 1) from Valladolid, Spain.  Both Esteban and Palos weighed in at 168 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Carlos Checo, and the three ringside judges are Porfio Salas, Carlos Orellana and Beltran Cueto.
