Ian Whiteford vs Mark Annan

Boxing Daily Report from the Nkolola Promotions promoted show at Harvey Chinello Gym, Perth,  taking place on 13/06/2026:

Clearly Nkolola Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Australia-Western Australia Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Ian Whiteford (6 - 4 - 3) who hails from Perth, Australia and Mark Annan(5 - 5) from Perth, Australia.  Whiteford weighed in at 160 pounds, while Annan weighed in at 159 pounds And 4 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ben Banis, and the three ringside judges are Fraser Trimble, Barry Rease and Matt Dickins.  

Round 1: 

Annan manages to force Whiteford into the corner.  Annan digs in a right hook to his opponents body.
