Haaris Masood vs Zain Rassi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Iran-Tehran promoted show at Esteghlal Hotel, Tehran,  taking place on 11/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Iran-Tehran Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on IRIB, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Masood (9 - 2 - 3) who hails from Tehran, Iran and Zain Rassi(11 - 4 - 2) from Tehran, Iran.  Masood weighed in at 249 pounds and 14 ounces, while Rassi weighed in at 254 pounds and 8 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Rehman Junejo, and the three ringside judges are Rashid Farah, Saad Salameh and Gazi Mirza.  

Round 1:
