Urfan Matin vs Gulbala Aghamirov

Boxing Daily Report from the Njoroge Promotions promoted show at Sumqayit Nahas, Sumqayit,  taking place on 11/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Azerbaijan-Absheron Super Flyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Urfan Matin (8(2) - 2 - 1) who hails from Baku, Azerbaijan and Gulbala Aghamirov(5 - 3 - 2) from Baku, Azerbaijan.  Both Matin and Aghamirov weighed in at 115 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Ahmed Beibutov, and the three ringside judges are Alekber Ameen, Malik Shabazz and Khamis Gadjibabayev.
