Kristian Korhonen vs Ib Holsen

Boxing Daily Report from the Wekinky Promotions promoted show at Energia Areena, Vantaa,  taking place on 06/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  On the line tonight is the Nordic Light Heavyweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on MTV Sport 1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Kristian Korhonen (15(5) - 0) who hails from Helsinki, Finland and Ib Holsen(17(1) - 3(1)) from Odense, Denmark.  Both Korhonen and Holsen weighed in at 175 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Aake Hanski, and the three ringside judges are Kaarlo Nurmela, Jori Puttonen and Joonas Kivikoski.
