Boxing Daily Report from the African Fusion promoted show at Morris Depot Police Camp, Harare,  taking place on 31/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up we have one of the supporting contests of this show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Southern African Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on DStv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Vashon The Mad Duck Magqwaka (14(5) - 1) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Okapi Ametepey(16(1) - 1 - 1) from Cape Town, South Africa.  Magqwaka weighed in at 135 pounds, while Ametepey weighed in at 134 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Robert Hunzvi, and the three ringside judges are Mark Mujokoro, Makalo Ncube and Peabo Chikwava.
