Boxing Daily Report from the AI Uganda-Kampala District promoted show at Kampala Kamuntu, Kampala,  taking place on 14/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Eastern African Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on UTV, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tavarius Silweya (12 - 6) who hails from Kitwe, Zambia and Justin Byabazaire(15 - 1) from Kampala, Uganda.  Both Silweya and Byabazaire weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Michael Takuba, and the three ringside judges are Rehman Madani, Jevonte Olinga and Dave Ojara.
