Jaguar Ponciano vs Marjun Paula

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Pichincha promoted show at Quito Izquierdo, Quito,  taking place on 17/06/2026:

Clearly AI Ecuador-Pichincha have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Pichincha Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Jaguar Ponciano (11 - 8 - 4) who hails from Quito, Ecuador and Marjun Paula(8 - 6 - 4) from Quito, Ecuador.  Both Ponciano and Paula weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Seferino Montalbo, and the three ringside judges are Rodrigo Guitron, Rogelio Remigio and Seferino Montalbo.
