Quico Mercado vs Leonel Nabor

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Colombia-Valle del Cauca promoted show at Cali Fuertes, Cali,  taking place on 16/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Colombia Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on CARACOL, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Quico Mercado (12 - 1) who hails from Medellin, Colombia and Leonel Nabor(11 - 10 - 2) from Cali, Colombia.  Mercado weighed in at 118 pounds, while Nabor weighed in at 117 pounds and 12 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Ovidio Bail, and the three ringside judges are Emanuel Bazan, Rodrigo Saez and Carlos Arabia.
