Horace Chiangeh vs Germain Fonki

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Cameroon-Centre promoted show at Delano Nnengue Gym, Yaoundé,  taking place on 16/07/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Cameroon-Centre Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Horace Chiangeh (8 - 6 - 3) who hails from Yaoundé, Cameroon and Germain Fonki(10 - 8 - 2) from Yaoundé, Cameroon.  Chiangeh weighed in at 153 pounds And 6 ounces, while Fonki weighed in at 153 pounds And 10 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Sezni Ipoua, and the three ringside judges are Briant Ahidjo, Tujan Dolassem and Byron Sebastian.
