Aaron Grierson vs Dillon Leishman

Boxing Daily Report from the Yassa Promotions promoted show at Henry Shiel Gym, Calgary,  taking place on 16/07/2026:

Clearly Yassa Promotions have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Canada-Alberta Super Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Aaron Grierson (7 - 10 - 1) who hails from Edmonton, Canada and Dillon Leishman(6 - 5(1) - 2) from Edmonton, Canada.  Grierson weighed in at 129 pounds And 12 ounces, while Leishman weighed in at 129 pounds And 14 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Chris Crear, and the three ringside judges are Theo Kimmons, Oscar Lewis and Joe Dinwiddie.
