Cuba Quintanar vs Alejandro Guardado

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Ecuador-Manabi promoted show at Marco Ventura Gym, Manta,  taking place on 18/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Ecuador-Manabi Super Lightweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Cuba Quintanar (2 - 0) who hails from Manta, Ecuador and Alejandro Guardado(14 - 1) from Portoviejo, Ecuador.  Quintanar weighed in at 139 pounds And 13 ounces, while Guardado weighed in at 140 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Cris Victoria, and the three ringside judges are Juan Guerrero, Alejandro Cruz and Cris Victoria.
