Gyes Zervas vs Miles Velis

Boxing Daily Report from the Athens Boxing Club promoted show at Athens Halkias, Athens,  taking place on 20/07/2026:

The venue is mostly sold out with the fans eager to turn out for tonights fights.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Greece Super Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on ERT1, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gyes Zervas (15(2) - 6(2) - 2 - 1(NC)) who hails from Athens, Greece and Miles Velis(13 - 4(1) - 4) from Athens, Greece.  Zervas weighed in at 168 pounds, while Velis weighed in at 167 pounds and 5 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Phantasos Sica, and the three ringside judges are Isocrates Buros, Abydos Vassallo and Otos Sallis.
