Boxing Daily Report from the AI India-Maharashtra promoted show at Aftab Azizi Gym, Mumbai,  taking place on 19/07/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the India-Maharashtra Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Waqar Abdallah (10 - 8 - 2) who hails from Mumbai, India and Syed Nazir(7 - 10 - 4) from Mumbai, India.  Abdallah weighed in at 122 pounds, while Nazir weighed in at 121 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Haaris Kassar, and the three ringside judges are Gopal Shokeen, Ananta Goswami and Rajat Patil.
