Nao Koizumi vs Mitsuru Teshima

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Japan-Aichi promoted show at Kazuhiko Miura Gym, Nagoya,  taking place on 23/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Japan-Aichi Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Nao Koizumi (8 - 5 - 2) who hails from Toyota, Japan and Mitsuru Teshima(6 - 8(1) - 7) from Nagoya, Japan.  Koizumi weighed in at 126 pounds, while Teshima weighed in at 125 pounds and 13 ounces.  
The referee tonight is Jun Satow, and the three ringside judges are Aoi Imada, Raiden Matsui and Mikio Tobe.
