Boxing Daily Report from the Bos Firefighters promoted show at Kasarani indoor arena, Nairobi,  taking place on 01/08/2026:

The venue is completely packed out with the fans turning out in force to watch the fights on offer tonight.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the African Featherweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Tabari Nkwinti (17(4) - 3 - 4) who hails from Soweto, South Africa and Makalo Akamenya(17(1) - 3(2) - 2) from Kumasi, Ghana.  Both Nkwinti and Akamenya weighed in at 126 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Bob Mbiyu, and the three ringside judges are Shaun Arusei, Matt Kanyoro and Armani Kipchoim.
