Gig Barrero vs Manuel Gutierres

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Panama-Panama State promoted show at Panama City Landaverde, Panama City,  taking place on 28/06/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Panama Super Bantamweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on NEXtv, the two fighters competing in this 12 round matchup are Gig Barrero (7 - 3(1)) who hails from Panama City, Panama and Manuel Gutierres(5 - 4 - 1) from Panama City, Panama.  Both Barrero and Gutierres weighed in at 122 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Urvano Castrejon, and the three ringside judges are Seferino Guadarrama, Nicandro Gomez and Eduardo Amezquita.
