Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Abia State promoted show at Aba Bura, Aba,  taking place on 24/07/2026:

There are a few empty seats out here tonight, but this is a respectable turnout for the show.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a final eliminator for the Nigeria-Abia State Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Joshua Beete (15 - 2(1)) who hails from Aba, Nigeria and Moses Bassey(8 - 1) from Umuahia, Nigeria.  Both Beete and Bassey weighed in at 147 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Tunde Obode, and the three ringside judges are Emem Gberu, Bature Adelakun and Jay Onuegbu.
