Haaris Mahdavi vs Danyaal Batrawi

Boxing Daily Report from the AI Egypt-Alexandria promoted show at Alexandria Sultan, Alexandria,  taking place on 27/07/2026:

Clearly AI Egypt-Alexandria have made a mistake booking this venue with less than half the tickets sold, including those handed out as prizes by Boxing Daily.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a semi final eliminator for the Egypt-Alexandria Middleweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Haaris Mahdavi (16 - 7 - 5) who hails from Alexandria, Egypt and Danyaal Batrawi(11 - 3 - 1) from Alexandria, Egypt.  Mahdavi weighed in at 159 pounds and 14 ounces, while Batrawi weighed in at 160 pounds.  
The referee tonight is Shayan Mina, and the three ringside judges are Bilal Saadauri, Yasin Abdel-Shafy and Imran Siddique.
