Boxing Daily Report from the AI Nigeria-Kano State promoted show at Kano Gada, Kano,  taking place on 27/07/2026:

There are plenty of empty seats out here tonight, with the show nowhere near close to selling out.  
Next up is the main event of the show.  This is a mandatory fight for the Nigeria-Kano State Super Welterweight title.  

Looking to impress the boxing fans in attendance and those watching live on AIT Sports, the two fighters competing in this 10 round matchup are Odion Ajibade (8 - 1) who hails from Kano, Nigeria and Ifeanyi Gbenga(12 - 8(3)) from Kano, Nigeria.  Both Ajibade and Gbenga weighed in at 154 pounds.
